As Independent National Electoral Commission INEC prepare for Saturday bye-election in Chibok State constituency, Borno State. Hon. Habila Bello of the People Democrate Party PDP, through a phone call interview with the editor of TNEN-News alongside other journalist's at about 9:18pm, on Monday 29 January 2024, call on peaceful election and encourag voters to come out in mass to case their vote for him, he express confident and said he will come out victorious in the Saturday bye-election. 
  
He advice all the stakeholders to ensure peaceful conduct of election in Chibok because when you look at the happenings in Chibok where their girls are still in the hands of Boko Haram and many areas are still attack by same group, then you should think of peaceful election to avoid more challenge's in Chibok.
  
He call on security agencies to keep to their duties and work very hard to ensure securing of lives and properties in Chibok communities specially during this election, he says they avoid bringing people together in large numbers for campaigns. 
  
To avoid any attack on the people, they do go out to visit small numbers of person just to tell them about their ambitions to developer Chibok if giving the opportunity to represent them in the state assembly by voting for him on Saturday bye-election, which he believes the people of Chibok are highly behind him with their support to represent them at the state house of assembly as they are prepared to vote for him on Saturday election.
  
He expresse confident in the new Resident commissioner INEC and advice them to carry out their duties in a perfect way as a professional electoral body, by also coming out on time to accredited the people voters and start the voting process on time to ensure free and fair election.
  
He say, he is a man of peace, he respect his people, elders and everyone, he told the security agencies before today that he  is always ready for peace but he will not allow anyone to take what belong to him be force specially if he won he election by Saturday and anyone try to do anything funny to stop him from getting his right after winning the election, he will not kill anyone but the law will surely cach up with the person as quick as possible.
  
He said the people of Chibok are very much ready for the upcoming bye-election on Saturday, his a man of peace and he has inform the security agencies before today that his ready to keep to peaceful election conduct, but some person's are saying that even if they won, the will take it by force but he will not allow anyone take anything from him that is giving to him by right and by his people. 
  
So, who so ever is planning to take the victory by force should no that he or she will not go free by doing such, he will not kill anyone with his hands but the law will cach up with the person as quick as possible as such thing happens, he said Chibok has been PDP and everyone knows so, his not afraid of the outcome of the election on Saturday.
  
He advice everyone to allow the good people of Chibok to elect the person the want by voting for who the want to represent them. Not like those pass election and specially the Local Government selection of Chairmen they did and Borno State electoral commission BOSEC say a election took place in 27 local Government of the State, why they was no any election specially in Chibok, he said.
  
Hon. Habila Bello, during his party PDP primaries for Chibok State House of Assembly primary election won with the a total number of 26 votes while his closest rival Hon. Jonathan Ndirmbula scored 6 votes.
