Deputy Chairman, People Democrat Party PDP Borno State, Hon. Peter Sabo gave details of the happening in Chibok local Government during a phone call interview with TNEN-News - Editor- John M. Tondo alongside other journalists at about 9:56pm on Monday 29 January, 2024, his currently in Chibok leading his party final campaign.

Bey-election for Chibok state constituency, Borno State House of Assembly will take place on Saturday 3 February, 2024. Peter Sabo call on both parties supporters to come out in peace on Saturday for the bye-elections. He call on the Governor of the State His Excellency Babagana Zulum to ensure security of lives and properties, free and fair election on Saturday, he says the Governor is the chief security officer of the State and it's expected that he should look into securing everyone in the State not minding political parties or were the person's maybe coming from. 

He expresse confidence in the Saturday bye-election and call on the security agencies to work hard in making sure that the election should be peaceful and end successfully he advice that Independent National Electoral Commission INEC should come out on time for the accreditation so that, they voting process will commence on time and the election will end on time as were. 

Hon. Peter Sabo encourage voters to come out in mass and vote for Hon. Habila Bello of PDP, he will deliver dividends of democracy to the good people of Chibok and empower the young and old of Chibok in different areas to make a difference in both household challenges and bring in more peace, socio economic development and humanitarian service that will improve the lives of the people. 

He says Chibok has been in one voice and PDP from the beginning so he is sure of victory on Saturday, he call on their people to come out in mass to vote specially PDP, because PDP has been their party since 1999 till date and he said the INEC, security agencies and other political parties stakeholders should allow free and fair election in Chibok.​
