Hon. Umar Ibrahim (Haure) Outgoing Chibok LGA Chair, Spoke Peaceful bye-election conduct

Hon. Umar Ibrahim (Haure), outgoing Chibok LGA chairman spoke on peaceful bye-election conduct.

He advice the people to support APC so, as to pay back His Excellency Babagana Zulum Governor of Borno State, who has supported the people of Chibok with a lot of developments, different projects have been carryout in Chibok through the support of His Excellency Babagana Zulum and he believes by supporting APC more development will come to Chibok, he said, Borno State is enjoying the good leadership of APC from the Federal down to State level. 

He commented INEC and security agencies for good conduct, commitment for making sure that the bye-election to be free and fair. He assure the people of Chibok constituency of dividends of democracy through representative of Hon. Pogu Lawan.

The bye-election winner was declared at collection center in Chibok central primary school. Prof. Baba Shehu Waziri, returning officer who declared Hon. Pogu Lawan of APC winner of the election with 9,101 vote, why Hon. Habila Bello of PDP got 2,117. 

In the collection center was party agents and other stakeholders that was accredited by INEC for election monitoring. Alongside APC State Chairman Hon. Bello Ayuba was Hon. Barr. Mustapha Loskuri, APC State secretary and himself Hon. Umar Ibrahim outgoing Chibok LGA chairman. Security agencies and journalists.
