Mr. Sale Pavali Hands over to Mr. Philemon T. Bulus as Acting Permanent Secretary.

The retired Permanent Secretary, Taraba State Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Mr. Sale Pavali today Monday 25th March, 2024 hand-over to the Secretary of the ministry Mr. Philemon T. Bulus in acting capacity as the Permanent Secretary.

Addressing the directors, deputy directors and other staff of the ministry who were in attendance at the brief handing over ceremony at the office, Mr. Pavali, appreciated all staff of the ministry who worked under him during his tenure as the Permanent Secretary for their maximum support and cooperation given to him to succeed while serving in the capacity of Permanent Secretary of the ministry. He enjoined directors and all staff to extend the same support and cooperation to the now Acting Permanent Secretary Mr. Philemon T. Bulus, who is already serving in the ministry as Secretary before the extend of duty as Acting Permanent Secretary.



Pavali, in his speech requested for forgiveness from those whom he might have offended them at the time of his services with the ministry, especially within the time duration which he was the Permanent Secretary.

Responding, the Acting Permanent Secretary, Mr. Philemon T. Bulus gave a sounding appreciations to the outgoing Permanent Secretary, for his styling leadership and that, Mr Pavali is a complete team leader with wisdom. Bulus prayed God to grant him good health and enable his future endeavors.

Speaking on behalf of all the directors, Mr Atsorga, the Director Livestock Department, informed the outgoing Permanent Secretary not to forget the Ministry of Agriculture as this is his second home. Mr. Atsorga emphasized that retirement in the civil service is of joy because it's stand as payment for your meritorious services rendered to the government and entire society, hence the need to celebrate when someone retired successfully.





Other staff at the ceremony also gave their voices in appreciations.

Highlight of the brief ceremony was the signing of hand over notes between the outgoing and incoming Acting Permanent Secretary, followed by group photography.
